We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Speech Pathologist to join our Black Mountain School Student Engagement Team (SET) to be part of our multidisciplinary team comprising of speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and psychology.
This is an on-site position, and clinicians are required to work on school grounds for the duration of the standard school day, during school terms. Flexible working arrangements may be considered during stand down (school holiday) periods, in consultation with the BMS Director for Allied Health.
On commencement, pay increment and classification will be based on qualifications, years of relevant experience as an allied health professional and demonstrated ability to manage clinical and work tasks autonomously (e.g. caseload management, complex case management, relationship management). All allied health professionals will be required to provide consultation and support to school staff (in the area of their clinical expertise) and more experienced clinicians will be required to provide clinical supervision or mentoring to peers within the multidisciplinary team.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
