About the job
We are seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to join our caring, compassionate and friendly team in Rockhampton until 30 June 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver high quality outcomes within a performance planning and development culture.
- Manage risk for children and families working with the IFS.
- Implement and monitor the use of the shared practice framework and needs assessment processes.
- Oversee the professional practice of the team.
- Conduct case consultations with all members of the team.
- Actively participate in the Local Level Alliance and other sector meetings to develop integrated service delivery for families.
About you
- Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).
- Professional registration (if required).
- Membership of a relevant professional association (desirable).
- At least five years’ experience working with children and families, preferably with time spent working within a trauma-informed framework.
- Relevant experience supervising staff in similar role.
- Honesty and professionalism, with a respect for our clients and customers.
- Ability to work with people from diverse cultures.

About the pay
- Position is classified Level 8 under the SCHCADS award.
- Salary range is $113,787 - $118,266 per annum plus superannuation

Other requirements
- Eligibility for a positive Working with Children Check in the applicable state of employment in Australia or exemption based on professional qualifications and registration.
- Current driver’s licence.
