ADRA Australia is seeking a qualified and experienced Programs Manager who is passionate about the development sector and who will make a real contribution to our International Programs team.

As the International Programs Manager, you will contribute to the strategic programmatic direction of ADRA Australia. You will build effective partnerships with assigned country offices, develop and manage DFAT and other institutional grant and/or privately funded single or multi-country programmes in the Africa, Pacific and/or Asia. You will actively engage in capacity sharing and development of assigned country partners especially in the area of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL), finance and relevant technical areas for the context.

As the International Programs Manager, you will possess high competency in data management systems, budget and financial management. You will also have experience in leading technical or capacity building in either Public Health, Economic Development, Sustainable Livelihoods (Climate Smart agriculture, environmental and social safeguards, Climate action) or Education (adult literacy, non-formal education, GEDSI, locally led development advocacy).
