The Australian Environmental Grantmakers Network (AEGN) is the largest and most connected member organisation for environmental philanthropy in the southern hemisphere. Our members support strategic and impactful work that helps protect nature and secure a safe climate for future generations. 

about the role

We're seeking a dynamic Content Producer to join our team and support the creation of engaging material across multiple channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategic communications, helping to shape and deliver our network’s key message through various media. 

  • 3 days per week
  • 12 month contract with a view to extend 
  • Flexible location

Skills

  • 4+ years of content production experience
  • Expertise in video editing, graphic design (e.g., InDesign), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Proficiency in social media management, podcast production, and storytelling
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of the climate or philanthropy sectors is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage email campaigns, social media content, and calendars
  • Develop branded visuals for digital and print materials
  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content aligned with brand goals
  • Oversee podcast production from research to editing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in content creation across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
