The Australian Institute of Architects is seeking a highly skilled Membership Systems Coordinator in a fixed-term 12-month contract role (leave cover) to oversee the technical aspects of our iMIS database and associated websites and work with our developer to implement solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience and detailed working knowledge of iMIS EMS, with a strong ability to troubleshoot issues and build Intelligent Query Architect (IQA) solutions.

About the Role

• 12 x month contract with the possibility of ongoing employment

• Oversee and manage the iMIS database, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, working closely with IT developers as needed.
• Build and maintain IQAs to support the organisation's reporting and data needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organisation and IT developers to resolve any system-related issues.
• Provide technical support and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What you will bring

• Proven experience with iMIS EMS in a membership organisation.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to build and manage IQAs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
