POSITION PURPOSE

The Project Coordinator assists in the delivery and administration of education projects and member services related to education and professional development as a key member of the National Education Team (NET), supporting the NET’s Lead and Officers.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

In accordance with Institute policies, procedures and guidelines and working in association with relevant staff, responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with presenters and content producers in support of the delivery of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and PALS (Practice Of Architecture Learning Series), including coordinating calendars, scheduling, and collating content according to production timelines
  • Managing the Institute’s event management, learning management and video conferencing platforms to ensure accurate, quality, and timely delivery of events and access to resources
  • Supporting members with issues relating to education, portal access, learning management and member database system issues
  • Supporting staff in their understanding and delivery of CPD, including maintaining the business unit’s SharePoint presence
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the National Education Team’s processes, products and services
  • Managing ad hoc administrative duties where required, including bookings, invoicing, payments etc

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The Project Coordinator should have the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in project coordination and administrative duties, preferably in a peak body, membership association or education provider
  • Strong digital literacy with demonstrated experience using a range of digital platforms including databases, events management systems, online learning systems (ideally Moodle), web content management systems (ideally WordPress) and video editing software
  • Strong ability using Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
