We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of professional experience and expertise in a policy, regulatory, evaluation or research environment across the Australian health, human services, justice or social sectors.
As a senior consultant, you will lead and contribute to the delivery of advice on a range of projects to enable our clients to achieve their work programs. Working closely with other consultants across Allen + Clarke, you will have the opportunity to be involved in many challenging and rewarding matters that will genuinely make a difference.

Experience in project managing and coaching staff is essential. Experience in a consulting environment would be an advantage.
Given the nature of the work we do, applicants must be eligible for Australian government security clearance, which is limited to Australian citizens.
This is an ongoing role based in Melbourne and may require some domestic and international travel. We offer flexible working arrangements.
