The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Evaluator to join our team in Melbourne.

As a senior consultant with us you will lead and contribute to a range of evaluation and research projects. Working closely with other consultants across Allen + Clarke, you will have the opportunity to be involved in many challenging and rewarding issues.

The work we do ranges from completing rapid reviews of stand-alone programs or projects, specific data collection or analysis tasks, through to multi-year evaluations of complex and complicated policies and suites of programs. We are experts in a full range of qualitative and quantitative techniques and tools.

About you

We want to hear from you if you:

• Have 10+ years’ experience undertaking high quality evaluations or research studies in Australia
• Have extensive knowledge of a range of evaluation and research methods and approaches
• Have existing networks and links with government, NGOs and other evaluation practitioners
• Have the ability to plan, manage and see high-quality projects through from inception to completion
• Enjoy a challenge and grappling with complexity
• Thrive on working with clients to identify their needs and deliverables
• Can lead projects, manage multiple pieces of work at once and work successfully within a team

You will also have excellent, oral and written communications, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

This is an ongoing, full time role based in Melbourne and may require some domestic and international travel. We offer flexible working arrangements.
