About the Role:

As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Alliedcare, you will work with diverse clients from various cultures, abilities, and backgrounds. We are dedicated to getting people moving, making every day an adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Action our waitlist and growing your own portfolio of clients.
  • Service Delivery: Organising and delivering Occupational Therapist services within our existing client networks and beyond.
  • Integration: Integrating Occupational Therapy services with our sister Support Worker company, Fitcare, to ensure progressions continue outside of sessions.
  • Program Management: Actioning our trainee/return-to-work Health and Fitness programs.
  • Innovation: Creating and implementing exciting new projects to get people active and achieving their goals across both businesses.
  • Team Development: Grow and lead the Occupational Therapy team within the business.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and degrees.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Car and full driving licence.
  • Enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome challenges and foster a thriving culture of wellness and support.
