You're probably looking through LOTS of job ads, so here's the summary:

  • We're bringing together the technology and an improved workforce to make it easier for people with disabilities and their families to practice their allied health therapy at home.
  • As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be on the front line, responding to enquiries and ensuring everyone who interacts with Fora has a fantastic experience, meets their goals and then sends us heartwarming Google reviews.
  • Our team is all about ‘filling your cup’ outside of work; we live for banter, and dropping fire gifs in group chat.
  • Combination of remote and office work (one day per fortnight).

A LITTLE ABOUT US:

Fora Therapy is a VC-backed startup redefining the future of the disability and allied health workforce.

We are a small team of highly motivated individuals driven by our mission to empower Australians with a disability and their families to link with a team they want and need, to achieve their goals in the easiest way possible.

A person signs up with us, we do our best to understand their needs and match them with people they’ll love working with. We have a growing community of over 1,000 clients, allied health professionals, therapy assistants, support coordinators, and disability workers. We build tools to make collaboration seamless.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO:

  • Creating a seamless customer experience: You’ll be the go-to person for live chats, emails, phone support, and other online enquiries. Your goal is to ensure everyone who contacts Fora Therapy is well-supported and has a delightful experience.
  • Managing our user journeys: You'll provide top-notch account management, building relationships, supporting clients through onboarding, answering questions, and regularly checking in to help them get the most out of their therapy.
  • Identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities: Listen to our users, understand their needs, and collaborate with our team to share feedback and trends. Help us optimise processes to keep the business running smoothly and growing.

A BIT ABOUT YOU:

  • Customer service pro: You've got extensive experience in customer service, ideally with a healthcare, startup or tech background.
  • Organised and detail-oriented: Your organisational skills and attention to detail are top-notch, especially in analytical, written, and verbal communication.
  • Customer delight enthusiast: You're excited to create the best possible therapy experience for all our stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: You're a self-starter, work well autonomously, and always keep an eye on the bigger picture.
  • Problem-solver: You like to quickly resolve issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from happening again.
  • Melbourne-based: You're happy to work in our team's Clayton co-working space a few days a fortnightly.

Note: We know that people with all of these skills might not exist! As long as you have most of these skills, we can help you develop the rest. People living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

  • Have an understanding of the disability sector, NDIS and our key stakeholders; including allied health professionals, disability support coordinators, local area coordinators and our end-users people with disability and allied health university students.
  • Have experience working in a startup and be familiar with identifying and interpreting key insights in customer data to improve user experience.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete projects to a high standard.
