We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Assistant Nurses with a background in Aged Care to join our residential facility in Windsor. This role offers varied shifts, providing the flexibility to work during the day, afternoon, and night, across our 7-day roster. Please note that availability for AM/PM and Night duty shifts on Monday - Friday is required for this specific vacancy.

About You:

• You possess a genuine empathy and understanding of the needs of elderly residents.
• You are able to demonstrate a high standard of nursing care, including personal care, continence management, and manual handling.
• Holding a minimum Certificate Level III in Aged Care or equivalent is a requirement for this role.
• You have experience in providing care for elderly
• You communicate effectively in written and spoken English with residents.
• You consistently maintain acceptable professional standards and exhibit a willingness to uphold them.
• You have a desire and commitment to supporting your fellow colleagues.
