As the peak body representing doctors in Western Australia, AMA (WA) plays a vital role in advocating for the medical profession and fostering excellence in healthcare. We are seeking an energetic and focused Organiser to join our Industrial Relations Team at the AMA (WA). The successful candidate will be involved in membership growth; worksite organising; and developing and supporting AMA (WA) Worksite Representatives. The role requires an ability to demonstrate initiative and a strong desire to achieve positive outcomes for members. You will spend a lot of time out and about engaging with our members- no two days will be the same! So you must be willing to travel. 

Commencement salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
