Today we’ve got partnerships with dozens of solar and battery installers who help explain and refer new battery customers to Amber to help battery-owners unlock the full value of their battery.
We’re looking for a highly motivated & self-driven sales person to join our solar installer channel sales team and continue to add new partnerships and grow this channel.You’d be working in a team at the cutting edge of new technology, as a part of Amber’s Marketing & Growth team. Your role will be to drive the development of new solar and battery installer partnerships that will underpin the growth and promotion of this product. By scaling this high priority channel, your work will contribute to driving the renewables transition, while benefiting customers and the grid.
Specifically, you’ll be an energetic and compelling salesperson - and a confident, persuasive communicator (written and verbal) and relationship builder, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goals. You’re familiar with Australia’s energy market and virtual power plants. Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of the Australian solar and battery market including key players, brands and organisations.
You’ll work closely with all teams across the business, from marketing, to product, operations, exec, and with external partners, to help grow Amber’s battery automation product in line with the objectives of the retail business.This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne. We are open to part-time or full-time applicants.
