Some responsibilities include preparing meals, creating menu items and ensuring kitchen cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced environment, be able to follow recipes and meal plans accurately.

This role is Monday-Friday 10am-6pm

To be eligible for the position:

• Food Supervisor Certificate.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

Experience as a cook in a bulk catering operation.

Note; any cook must obtain a Food Handling Certificate to comply with Australian legal requirements for anyone handling or serving food as part of their job.

• Demonstrates intermediate level of literacy and numeracy skills (English language)
• Proficient computer skills
• This role must provide 100 points of ID
• Provide proof of covid 19 fully vaccinated certificate/or exemption
• National police check
• Working rights in Australia (if relevant)
