We are pleased to announce a new facility will be opening to form part of our family, and due to the rapid growth we are looking to recruit several casual positions to cover a 24/7 days a week roster.
The position will be paid based on experience as per SCHADS award between Level 1.1 - 2.1.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A passion for supporting people to reach their goals
- Compassion for people with disability and/or mental illness
- Professional or lived experience supporting someone with a disability
- Currently hold/is working towards a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. Minimum Cert III
- Willing to do sleepovers and active nights
The role may involve:
- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Transportation and social engagement
Essential Criteria
- Legal rights to work in Australia (no restrictions)
- Clear NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS worker screening module
- Working with Children Check
- Police check obtained within the last 3 months
- Valid Australian Driver licence with reliable transport
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
