About the role:

Are you passionate about youth mental health and ready to make a real impact in your community? At headspace Emerald, we're on the lookout for two enthusiastic Clinicians to join our supportive, purposed-driven team.

In this role, you'll walk alongside young people as they navigate challenges, helping them to build resilience, confidence and hope for the future. Everyday is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

What will a typical day look like?

• Promote youth-friendly practices.
• Conduct holistic assessment and craft personalised, strengths based care plans.
• Provide 1:1 counselling, psychoeducation, and skills building in centre and outreach.
• Facilitate engaging, evidence-based group programs for young people and their families.
• Collaborate with young people and their support networks to set goals and achieve meaningful outcomes
• Embrace inclusive practices that recognise the important role of family, friends and culture in recovery and wellbeing.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including counselling, social work, psychology, mental health nursing and occupational therapy.
• Registration or membership with APHRA or AASW

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• The ability to identify and embed solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework where you are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes, within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.
• A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
