The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can provide effective oversight to the management of our organisation's facilities. This includes leading the Facilities team, implementing best practices, and engaging in strategic planning to optimise performance outcomes.
We are seeking an individual who is proactive and strategic in asset management, prioritising a forward-thinking approach over reactive measures. The candidate should excel in bridging any gaps between internal stakeholders and the facilities team, with a strong focus on people leadership.
