We are seeking an experienced, highly confident project professional that is passionate about driving genuine reconciliation initiatives through tailored engagement and partnerships; reversing the systemic racism of historical imbalance experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people within our organisational context.
In this incredibly critical role, you will be working closely with and across our diverse business areas to build engagement and understanding and meet the initiatives set as part of our 2-year Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP 2022-2025). You will have the power to make what you want of this role and, through your ability to build and foster solid connections, significantly influence senior leadership on the implementation of RAP deliverables. You will report directly into the Executive General Manager of Community Services and will need to be proactive, able to work independently, build cultural capability and have strong understanding of and strong connections with First Nations communities to ensure a co-designed and collaborative approach.
As one of SA’s largest social services provider, AnglicareSA makes a positive difference to the lives of more than 50,000 people each year. Our 2000 employees, and 300+ volunteers support individuals, families and communities, responding to their immediate need and working with them to build capacity to restore and maintain dignity and control in their lives.
