The Head of Financial Planning and Analysis is a newly created permanent role, based in our new modern office in Duncan Street, Fortitude Vally, responsible for developing and leading a team, focusing on transformation and strategic business partnerships. This is a great opportunity to build your team and execute your vision of excellence in financial planning and performance, working in close partnership with our CFO.
In this role you will support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and senior management in delivering Anglicare SQ’s Strategic Plan. The position will report directly to the CFO and will provide financial planning, performance support including advice to management and service leaders in understanding and interpreting financial results and performance trends, with particular focus on the longer-term horizon.
The Head of FPA is responsible for the co-ordination and compilation of the budget and forecasting process, management reporting and analysis of profit and loss, capital, cash flow and balance sheet to senior management, the Audit & Risk Committee, and Community Services Commission.
The position will be required to transform the service delivery of the current team to drive a longer-term focused analytical team, with emphasis on value-add and enhanced financial outcomes for Anglicare. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor your own team to drive financial and service excellence.
You will be an engaging and inspiring leader who can bring people on a journey, build strong relationships, influence and partner strategically with senior leaders in a complex environment. You will ideally have experience in the not-for-profit (NFP) or healthcare sector, where you can leverage your knowledge of financial complexity to drive process efficiency with a commercial and strategic lens.
