Housing First is an innovative new program providing young people leaving care with the opportunity to transition to independent living. Our case managers will work with young people to stabilise their housing, build independent living skills and set themselves up for a better tomorrow.
You will be focusing on developing the skills and capabilities of young people. Housing First empowers young people to participate in planning and to exercise agency, to the greatest extent possible, over decisions that impact them, promoting self-management and self-determination.
What our people say. “There’s a kindness in the way the organisation deals with its people. It still feels like a smaller agency, with that sense that it has amazing influence, which is led from the top, but then there’s this respect between the regions as well. It’s like it’s family, but it's so influential in the industry as well.”
We would like to see you apply for the role before the closing date.
