Another new role that further expands our reach and impact, this position we call a Community Connector role.
This position is 0.8 (4 days a week) role is based at the Frankston site.
The Community Connector role will work across both Frankston and Rosebud office sites offering support to families to link them into universal, community and informal supports. You will map out existing networks and maintain a directory whereby practitioners can consult with you on appropriate pathways and referrals.
A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, and/or a related degree in behavioural sciences.
