Your role:

Due to another recent retirement here at Anglicare Victoria we have a fantastic opportunity available for you to join our award-winning Communications and Fundraising team.

Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager we are looking for someone with experience in the research, cultivation and stewardship of relationships with donors and of prospects, with a strong ability to write, speak and engage with audiences across various channels and in-person. Cultivation and maintenance of donor confidence and trust is a critical capability.

The skills you will use day to day:

  • You will have membership of Fundraising Institute of Australia.
  • Support donor engagement and activities with bright, effective and fresh communications.
  • Use your technical skills developing workflows and leveraging new and emerging technologies.
  • Manage donation processing, including via external supports
  • Be the primary donor contact through various mediums.
  • Have excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • A strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
  • 0.8, 30.4 hours, which is 4 days per week.
