Innovative Resources is the publishing arm of Anglicare Victoria and has been creating high quality, unique,  strength-based conversation building resources for nearly 30 years. Follow this link to view our current resources and products - https://innovativeresources.org/.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Innovative Resources team.  Working with the editorial team, you will use your research skills and knowledge of the human services and education sectors to identify and develop ideas for new products, review existing products, write copy for our online newsletter and support the whole team with their content creation needs. 

The skills you will use day to day:

  • Write, review and edit a range of content types, from products to blogs and marketing copy.
  • Research and identify gaps in the sector where resources are needed.
  • Work as part of the editorial team to develop new products and resources.
  • Build strong relationships with authors, designers, industry professionals and other stakeholders.

  • Excellent remuneration package of $95,000 TRP full time equivalent (including super).
  • Salary packaging is also available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card to increase your take home.
  • Part time role (22.8 hours per week) with flexible hours and option to work remotely.
  • The role can be based at Bendigo or Melbourne.
