What our people say “All of us have big hearts; we’re always vulnerable to getting a bit tired sometimes. I’ve found Anglicare approachable - it’s OK to say, ‘This isn’t working for me at the moment.’ There’s no judgement around that. You’re never treated like a fragile person for trying to juggle your personal life with your work life. Working for an agency that understands that and doesn’t judge you if you’re struggling means a lot.”
