Regional Development Manager - Morwell

Your role:

The Regional Development Manager is a key leadership role with a focus on improving, developing and growing Anglicare Victoria’s services, and service locations.  The role is responsible for projects, tenders, submissions, stakeholder and relationship management and supporting the region’s strategy and partnerships.  

The Gippsland region covers multiple DFFH areas and there is a need to maintain a high level of connection to key stakeholders and decision making groups across the region. The Regional Development Manager will be required to represent Anglicare Victoria in a range of forums and networks across the region.

About you:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the human service delivery system, with particular reference to services for children, young people and families.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing for a range of specific purposes including grants, submissions, memoranda, reports and briefing, tender writing and submission development.
  • Demonstrated ability to mediate and negotiate appropriate outcomes in complex and sensitive work situations.
  • Leadership experience with the capacity to support Program Managers and the Regional Director, and the demonstrated ability to provide leadership and consultation in relation to practice in relation to the broad range of programs delivered by Anglicare Victoria. 

Qualifications

  •  A tertiary qualification, preferably in social sciences and/or management.

What you need to know:

  • $105,000 plus super plus salary packaging.
  • Based at the Morwell office, could negotiate an office at another AV location.

Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement. AV employees are required to either be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or have a medical exemption. AV will require evidence that you are compliant with these requirements.
