Sibling Placement and Support Services work with sibling groups experiencing their first or second entry into care. The shifts would likely include trips to and from school, as well as weekend support work shifts. We would like our support workers to have knowledge of trauma and trauma-informed care.
A Youth Mentor works with clients within the out of home care sector, they act as a positive role model in supporting young people to engage in pro-social activities and to assist in the development of independent life and living skills. As a Youth Mentor, you will work closely with case managers and the care team to help provide the best outcomes for our young people.
