The Senior Receptionist will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional phone and face-to-face reception services. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting clients, managing bookings, creating purchase orders, preparing invoices, providing information, managing queries, coordinating facilities. You will also provide high quality and efficient support to the Executive Support Staff, Managers, Board Members, Executive team, and Senior Leadership group.
Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and a commitment to Anglicare NT's values are essential. Experience in reception and administrative roles is preferred.
