About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Development Officer to work in our Partnership Support Service (PSS). Working alongside Aboriginal partner organisations to develop and implement projects and strategies aimed at growing their capability and capacity.

The Partnership Support Service (PSS) is a dynamic social enterprise that works with Aboriginal organisations to deliver stronger services for community. The PSS is built on genuine partnerships and supports Aboriginal organisations with their aspirations, long term independence and sustainability.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, including an ability to manage multiple competing priorities and collaborate with partners and stakeholders in a timely manner. You possess Comprehensive working knowledge of Northern Territory Aboriginal cultural, social and community networks and relationships, including with Government and Non-Government Organisations.

Tertiary qualifications in human, social and/or community services.

  • 100-points ID
  • Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
  • National Criminal History Check (less than 3 months old)
  • Current Northern Territory Driver’s Licence or the ability to obtain on arrival
