ANMF (Vic Branch) is Victoria’s largest union, representing the industrial and professional interests of over 100,000 members who are nurses, midwives and carers. We aim to empower our members to maximise their influence over their working environment, the health care system and their profession.
As part of our Industrial Officer team, you will lead a team of Industrial Organisers each responsible for numerous workplaces across the full spectrum of the health and aged care sectors to support our growing membership.
The role also includes application of technical and strategic expertise, to undertake activities including representation of the Branch and/or members before various tribunals including FWC, Enterprise Bargaining, provision of advice to staff and members and leading/participating in campaigns.
Each team also has access to ANMF professional and occupational health and safety experts, along with dedicated administrative support.
