The Industrial Officer, Team Leader plays a pivotal role in leading and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team within the Industrial Office of ANMFSA. Driving leadership, advocacy, and strategy, they provide expert advice, manage cases, support enterprise bargaining, and represent members in tribunals. They also lead workplace campaigns and enhance member engagement to achieve positive industrial outcomes.
You are a highly skilled professional with qualifications in Industrial Relations, Law, HR, or Nursing/Midwifery, and you bring strong leadership, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (SA Branch) represents 24,000+ Nurses, Midwives, and Personal Care Workers across South Australia, advocating for positive outcomes at all levels for over a century.
Our Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre (ANMEC), an award-winning RTO, delivers high-quality training with strong student support and flexible learning.
We also operate Union Legal SA, offering legal services, and we support the Rosemary Bryant Foundation, funding Nursing and Midwifery research.
