About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team across Melbourne’s western metro region. In this senior leadership role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality support programs, driving business success, and ensuring our services meet all quality and regulatory standards.

Your leadership will help us continue making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Your Key Responsibilities

As our Operations Manager, you will:

  • Implement and drive our business and strategic plans to support Annecto’s vision
  • Foster a high-performance culture that prioritises excellence, quality, and outstanding client service
  • Lead and mentor teams to deliver exceptional services
  • Oversee financial management and service budgets to ensure sustainability
  • Champion community inclusion and personal autonomy for those we support
  • Ensure compliance with all industry and legislative standards
  • Engage, develop, and retain an amazing team of dedicated professionals

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in a similar leadership role within the Aged Care or NDIS sector
  • A strong understanding of NDIS and Aged Care funding models and service frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Business development and marketing skills to help us grow our impact
  • Financial and analytical skills to support decision-making and strategy
  • A strong grasp of consumer-directed care and dignity of risk principles
  • Confidence in using IT systems and applications
