About the Role:
ANOOSHCA is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and creative OOSH Educators to join our dynamic team. This role offers both permanent and casual opportunities to plan and implement exciting and engaging learning programs for school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Implement: Develop and deliver engaging learning programs for school-aged children that promote fun, creativity, and development.
- Engage with Children: Build strong connections with children by using your creativity and enthusiasm to create an enjoyable and inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Record children's learning and development, ensuring compliance with National Regulations and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) to enhance service quality.
- Active Supervision: Provide vigilant and active supervision of children at all times, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Essential Requirements:
- NSW Working with Children Check: Must have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.
- Experience: Experience in OOSH or Children’s Services or currently studying in a relevant field.
- Commitment & Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication with children, parents, and team members.
- Knowledge of Learning Frameworks: Understanding of the NQF, NQS, and "My Time, Our Place" framework.
- References: Ability to provide three relevant and recent referees.

Ideal (But Not Essential) Qualifications/Experience:
- Sports Programs: Interest in developing and running sports-based activities for school-aged children.
- First Aid & CPR: Current first aid certificate, CPR, asthma & anaphylaxis training (or willingness to undertake).
- Child Protection Training: Completion of approved Child Protection training (or willingness to undertake).
- Professional Development: Willingness to continue learning and upskill through professional development opportunities.
- WHS & National Regulations Knowledge: Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.

Permanent Role Structure:
- Availability (for Permanent Role): Able to work Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM during school terms, and 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM during Vacation Care (negotiable shifts). Includes a weekly 1–2-hour team meeting. This position will start as a casual role for three months, after which an appraisal will be conducted. If both parties are satisfied, the role will be converted to a permanent part-time position.
- Casual position roles: hours by negotiation based on availability and need.
