Do you love to deliver exceptional member service but want a role that goes beyond that, too? Take your administration skills to the next level while helping nurses improve the health of Australians!
The Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA) is the peak body and professional membership association for the 98,000+ nurses working outside of a hospital setting in Australia. APNA provides education, representation, advocacy, and support services for primary health care nurses across Australia.
This three-day-a-week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) Membership Operations Coordinator role sits within the Membership, Marketing and Engagement Team, part of the wider Nurse Engagement and Professional Development department. This role is responsible for a range of important administrative and operational tasks which support APNA's members, database, processes and membership activities. The Membership Operations Coordinator will also deliver exceptional service to our members, including inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to email enquiries, and maintenance of member records.
APNA's mission is to improve the health of Australians through the delivery of quality evidence-based care by a bold and vibrant primary health care nursing workforce. This role is vital to helping APNA succeed in its mission.
