Job Description

Are you passionate about engaging with alumni and building strong relationships? Do you have experience in developing and implementing alumni strategies and programs? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Griffith MBA Alumni Engagement Manager position.

We are currently seeking an Alumni Engagement Manager – MBA for Life to play a pivotal role building on a strong foundation of alumni engagement and developing and implementing programs with a focus on meaningful engagement with alumni of the Griffith MBA Program Suite.

As the Alumni Engagement Manager- MBA for Life, you will be responsible for growing and enhancing the engagement of the Griffith MBA alumni cohort, both locally and internationally. You will work closely with the MBA Director, the Advancement team, and other internal and external stakeholders to plan, deliver, and promote a range of activities, events, and processes that support the Griffith ‘MBA-For-Life’ alumni program. You will also manage the implementation of elements of the University’s overall alumni strategy, with a specific focus on the Griffith MBA Program Suite.

You will also undertake bespoke individual engagement with Griffith MBA suite graduating students and alumni at all career levels, including relationship building, recognising achievements and engaging for volunteer/philanthropic opportunities.

What we can offer

This is a full-time, continuing position based at either the Griffith University South Bank or Gold Coast campus.

Salary Range

The base salary for a HEW Level 7 is in the range $93,854 - $101,680 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total package is in the range $109,809 - $118,966 per annum.

About You

You will be highly organised, detail orientated and able to work both independently and in partnership with the Advancement and MBA Teams.

The successful candidate will have experience of developing, implementing and evaluating successful alumni and/or engagement programs and events in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders incorporating knowledge of the latest engagement trends and research.

You will also have highly developed organisational and administrative skills including the ability prioritise and meet shared goals and deadlines, whilst adhering to policy, procedure and guidelines.
