The Welfare Coordinator develops, designs and where appropriate delivers programs and initiatives that equip students with the resources required to confidently manage their own welfare needs. The Welfare Coordinator works in collaboration with key stakeholders, including the student associations, to ensure seamless service provision and broad awareness of welfare support.
Key responsibilities include:
You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, human service or a related field, with at least four years’ relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
Desirable
Experience with and understanding of broader community welfare programs and emerging issues
Mandatory requirements
This is a full time, fixed term position (until December 2025) based at our Nathan campus. Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
The base salary for HEW Level 7 range $93,854 - $101,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $109,809 - $118,965 per annum.
