Looking for the next step in your Support Coordination career?
At AQA, we’re looking for a Senior Support Coordinator to support participants in navigating the NDIS, building capacity, and achieving their goals.
In this role, you’ll also play a key part in mentoring and supporting other Support Coordinators, helping them develop their skills and confidence in working with complex cases.
You'll work with a knowledgeable team, contribute to service improvements, and help participants exercise choice and control over their supports.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support participants to navigate the NDIS and access the right services for their goals.
- Work through complex situations with the support of an experienced team.
- Help people build their independence and make the most of their NDIS plans.
- Mentor and support other Support Coordinators, helping them build their expertise.
- Develop your skills in case management, service improvements, and leadership.
- Collaborate with other professionals to get the best outcomes for participants.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 - 4 years of experience in support coordination or case management.
- A strong understanding of the NDIS and its processes.
- A problem-solver who enjoys working through challenges.
- Someone who builds strong relationships with participants, families, and providers.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
