About the role

A pillar of their digital strategy is to provide self-led support and wellbeing resources online. This is where the Digital Producer comes in.

You'll be working with copy writers and other subject matter experts to organise / schedule / produce content that is relevant and readable. This will involve finalising copy for production on the CMS, ensuring style guidelines are in place and metadata is accurate.

Day-to-day you’ll also be reviewing and researching what other information is available for content aggregation opportunities or apps that can improve wellbeing.

An average day might look like:

  • Ensuring content is readable, searchable, the tone of voice is on brand, images are relevant and meta data is tagged correctly.
  • Engaging with internal teams to assign page ownership and prioritise content backlogs, timelines and schedules.
  • Forming insights through data tooling (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Algolia, Hotjar and Semrush) to inform content direction online and how best to reach helpseekers.
  • Producing documentation to support internal stakeholders when looking to publish content.
  • Bringing evidence-based content to where the helpseeker is. This could be on the web, social media or a search through AI tools and beyond.

About you

High in empathy, you'll be comfortable looking at the world from a user perspective. You'll have strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelance copy writers. Ideally, you'll have some experience managing high traffic websites or publishing content.

Computer literate and a fast learner, you’ll be a clear communicator and someone who enjoys writing for the web. On top of this, you'll have excellent research skills and be able to keep across trends and themes on the web that could improve wellbeing for help-seekers across Australia.
