The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in leading the operations of a small to medium enterprise.

  • Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills; including the ability to undertake research and develop pragmatic and/or innovative solutions to problems.
  • Demonstrated strategy development and project management skills.
  • Well-developed written communication skills, including experience preparing reports and grant applications.
  • Strong governance and financial management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing a small team.
