Our trusted Aspect Therapy team aim to support and empower individuals on the spectrum and their families/support network to bring about meaningful change based on functional goals. This role is currently based at the school and works closely with the Learning Support Team to achieve the best outcomes for students at Aspect Macarthur School. We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests. We meet participants in their community setting to work on transferrable skills that shape their everyday lives. Pre-purchased annual leave is available and will be considered for candidates who may prefer to only work school terms.
