About Time for Justice provides a number of support and advocacy services to survivors, one of which is identifying reputable law firms with a demonstrated history of care and consideration for the specific needs of survivors and a proven track record of success.

Position Overview: Partner Liaison / Account Manager

We are looking for an exceptional performer who can prioritise the needs of our vulnerable clients by driving strategic relationships with our panel of vetted law firms.

We are looking for the right person and are open to either a part-time role of 30 hours per week or a full-time role of 38 hours per week or something in between.

Your role encompasses strategic account management, KPI oversight, CRM proficiency, and business development skills to drive effective partnerships between ATFJ and our law firm Partners always with the best interests of our clients in mind.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Collaborate closely with law firm partners and our Client Services Manager to facilitate best outcomes for our clients.

CRM and Administrative Excellence:

  • Utilise CRM systems to meticulously maintain records.

Communication and Relationship Building:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for law firm Partners, cultivating strong and enduring relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with Partners and other external stakeholders, providing regular updates on service offerings ensuring their performance metrics are upheld.
  • Communicating with the Client Services Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure survivors due and best care and support is delivered.

Legal Industry Expertise:

  • Knowledge of the legal sector, ability to identify industry trends and navigate regulatory landscapes is advantageous but not required.

Business Development Support:

  • Assist the CEO in facilitating communication with prospective Partners, maintaining accurate records of communications and progress in the CRM system.

This role demands a proactive mindset, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of account management.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's experience by driving progress through your relationship with our Partners.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management preferably within the legal industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM software (we use Hubspot) and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Experience in managing Partner relationships in a legal services environment.

Please note that the majority of ATFJs team is located in South East Queensland (hence the mention of Brisbane/Gold Coast below) however this is a remote work from home role. All necessary equipment will be provided.
