As the Client Services Manager of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the management of client engagement services and providing strategic and operational leadership to the Client Services team, including development of client services standard, ensuring legal oversight of Authority Certificate conditions to protect sacred sites and working with a mapping team to ensure the highest standard of digital data management.

You will provide expert advice in relation to Aboriginal sacred site information and management processes in accordance with the Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Act 1989 and work with a wide range of land councils, government agencies, land owners and proponents to provide high client services standard from end to end of their Authority Certificate application process.
