About the Role

As the Midwife Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our Maternity Unit. Your responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Leadership: Overseeing ante and post-natal care as well as delivery suite operations, ensuring a safe and quality clinical service.
• Administrative Management: Handling financial and human resource management activities for the unit.
• Team Development: Leading a passionate team of midwives and healthcare professionals committed to excellence in maternity care.
