- Provide proof of your qualifications (e.g., degree certificate).
2. Experience:
- Specify the number of years of experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Include proof of experience (e.g., reference letters, employment history).
3. NDIS Screening Check, Police Check, WWCC:
- Provide proof of your current NDIS Screening Check.
- Submit a valid Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
4. BSP Practitioner ID:
- Provide your Behaviour Support Practitioner ID issued by the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
- Indicate the expiry date of your BSP Practitioner ID.
- Specify your level of competency (e.g., introductory, intermediate, advanced).
