As the Industrial Relations Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring Red Cross People and Culture teams are supported to ensure their advice and guidance on matters pertaining to industrial and employee relations align with the industrial instruments covering the Red Cross workforce.
In addition, you will help ensure Red Cross' IR frameworks are fit for purpose and focus on opportunities for Red Cross to simplify its industrial relations frameworks to ensure we achieve our strategic outcomes in particular our goal to develop and maintain an innovative, sustainable and accountable organisation with an empowered and engaged workforce.
You will have substantial experience in interpreting and working with Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards. Experience with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Award 2010 would be viewed favourably and exposure to the Pre-Modern Award framework is desirable.
