About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the Red Cross partnerships team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about harnessing the power of the private sector to do good!

This unique role will help Red Cross develop and deliver long term, strategic partnerships to raise vital funds for our work. You will help Red Cross engage with corporates’ ESG strategies to deliver value for both Red Cross and our partners.

You will be highly motivated, creative and a results-driven individual ready to make an impact through:

• Leading the acquisition of new corporate partners and new opportunities with potential partners who are aligned with our strategic objectives
• Leading the negotiation to secure a range of sustainable funding relationships and support the development of high-quality pitches and funding proposals
• Providing strategic advice on funding and sector trends and identify opportunities to ensure the organisation is well positioned to meet its business priorities

What you will bring

• Significant experience in account management, business development and or sustainability in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with decision makers of corporations and foundations
• Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve financial targets
• Strong people management, strategic planning, project management, problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
