About the role 

As part of the Australian Red Cross International Program, Australian Red Cross works with Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies, the IFRC and ICRC to improve the lives of vulnerable communities. Be responsible for program administration and contract support for a range of Australian Red Cross funded humanitarian programs within their designated Partnerships.

Support Portfolio/Response Managers to engage with Partners to identify, design, resource, monitor and evaluate programs that deliver effective humanitarian outcomes.

What you will bring 

  • Knowledge of the Asia Pacific region.
  • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a cross cultural setting with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven highly developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven experience in finance management and a good understanding of General Ledger and accounting processes.
  • Demonstrated capacity of working within and contributing to information management systems and MERL frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and current systems used in ARC International Programs (PIMS, Red Connect etc.).

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award – Level 4. Salary from $82,063.28 FTE + superannuation + salary packaging.
