Working within a team you will be responsible for liaising with donors primarily via phone, email and Live Chat, providing a professional and timely resolution of queries, updating records and entering all donor communications and response actions on to our fundraising database - Raiser’s Edge.

This role is suited to a dedicated customer service professional who is passionate about building relationships with our donors and supporters.

Ideally you will have experience working in a similar position either in the not-for-profit or commercial sector, with proven donor engagement and retention skills. We value candidates who have an exceptional phone manner, maturity, attention to detail and the ability to quickly build rapport with our donors. A ‘can-do' attitude is a must. A working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or a similar database system would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
