About the Program:

Fundraising, Partnerships, and Marketing play a crucial role in promoting the Foundation's mission and raising funds to support its work. Through various communication channels and fundraising initiatives, the program engages with both the community and corporate sectors to build meaningful relationships and secure financial support for the Foundation's programs. The revenue generated from these efforts enables the Foundation to expand its services and reach more children in need.

About the Role:

The Business Development Manager for Corporate Partnerships plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate partners.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record of cultivating and nurturing corporate relationships, as well as the ability to create new partnerships. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic and varied work environment, with a passion for networking and relationship building.

As part of this opportunity, you'll have the chance to collaborate with some incredible partners, including Target Australia and be a part of an exciting new business coalition.

You'll have the opportunity to interact with brand ambassadors and lead some of the events associated with these partnerships, making for an exciting and dynamic work experience.

About You/Key Selection Criteria:

  • A relevant degree, or proven experience in a Business Development/Management role - not for profit preferable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, through both verbal and written communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
  • A high level of maturity and personal integrity, as well as the ability to understand, develop, and sustain resilient and dynamic relationships
  • Experience and knowledge of the role Marketing plays in not-for-profit partnerships.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce /CRM software beneficial.
  • Excellent computer literacy and the ability to learn software applicable to the position's requirements. A high level of proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software products.
  • A vibrant and positive phone manner and strong customer service skills
  • A current Victorian driver's licence
