About the Role

The Australian Childhood Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic Data Coordinator to join our Fundraising Team. You will coordinate, maintain, and optimise our Salesforce CRM and associated systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of donor data while supporting our fundraising efforts.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Abbotsford office, with flexible remote work options. Be part of a collaborative team committed to protecting children and creating brighter futures.

About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

• Advanced Salesforce CRM skills and some experience with marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in data coordination within a fundraising, sales, or marketing environment.
• A problem-solving mindset to address data and process challenges.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and positive approach to work, with a passion for contributing to the Foundations mission.
