About the Role:

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator for the Australian Childhood Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a comprehensive digital strategy. This includes overseeing the organisation's social media presence, email marketing, website UX, conversion, SEO, and SEM efforts. Your primary objectives involve enhancing the community of supporters, boosting online fundraising, and innovating content strategies aligned with our pillars and values. Additionally, you'll engage with social media comments, guide staff on best social media practices, design and implement advertising strategies, and generate campaign assets.

Your responsibilities extend to managing website content, with a sharp focus on fundraising and sales conversion, and optimising user experience. You will also contribute to the developmental direction of our websites and drive traffic through email marketing, paid search, and other digital marketing initiatives.

About You:

  • An appropriate qualification or relevant experience suited to the role
  • Extensive experience in social media community management
  • Extensive experience in social media advertising for sales or donation conversion
  • Strong experience managing paid search and search engine optimisation activities
  • Strong experience with email marketing
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop reports and presentations
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce, or similar CRM
  • Experience in web content management systess, preferably Workpress
  • A current and valid Working with Children Check and National Police Records Clearance

Remuneration & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive base salary, plus superannuation, and salary packaging. The salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
